This video proposes that consciousness is hosted by galaxies, and is mapped to brains via wormholes. The number of stars in galaxies matches the number of neurons in the brain- around 100 billion. The near-death experience of travelling through a tunnel towards a bright light is what would be seen if travelling through a wormhole towards a galaxy.
I had no intention of taking one of the little red stars at a party in the fall of 1978. But when everyone said they were weak, I threw caution to the wind and swallowed one. What followed a few hours of intense mirth were many months languishing in the midst of bland, meaningless experiences and blunted sensations while navigating a minefield of a dozen or so panic attacks that made me wish that I had stuck with my original choice. But now I'm glad I changed my mind. After finally being able to fall asleep the day after the party- deeply distressed that I had altered the essence of who I was- I immediately had a dream. I was surrounded by stars. When I moved what I thought was my head to look around, the stars moved in unison with my head! Then I seemed to zoom out to behold a glorious galaxy like the Andromeda galaxy in the image. I was immediately overwhelmed with an intense emotional connection with the galaxy that manifested itself as a profound sense of loss, as if it were a sad waste of something extraordinarily precious that took an unimaginably complex, painstaking and time-consuming effort to construct. It was like I was being taken on a guided tour by a benign, loving force that was responsible for its construction. I awoke with the soothing impression that the essence of who you are- your consciousness- is immutable.
A week or so after the LSD party in 1978, I went to a library to check out study materials for SAT tests. I did not neglect my present predicament. I paged through several books to investigate the effect that drugs have on the brain. I have a memory of arriving at a section in one book that discussed a type of neurological cell whose function was “controlled by a single electron.” It conjured up the mental image of a short hollow tube that comprised much of the body of a cell that was wrapped around it; within the hollow tube, a single electron was ricocheting off the walls of the tube as it traversed its length. More than thirty years later, I failed to identify any book written before 1978 that discussed a neurological cell and that included the phrase “controlled by a single electron.” It occurred to me that the technology to determine whether a single electron could control a cell didn’t exist then, and it still doesn’t. Did the phrase in a book come from a dream that I conflated with the library visit? The mental image of the electron bouncing along the length of a tube might have been drawn from the video game "Breakout" that I often played in 1978- once the ball breaks through the final layer, it bounces around in a long rectangular area. How and why was that mental image conflated with the phrase about a neurological cell "controlled by a single electron"?
The dream of a single electron bouncing around in a hollow tube relates to a microtubule.
In the intervening thirty years, a number of astronomical discoveries shook the scientific world. Recently, the theory of quantum consciousness gained traction- it proposes that consciousness is hosted by microtubules! These hollow tubes form the cytoskeleton of cells. They are constructed of tubulin molecules that can attain two or more conformations- perhaps by the action of one or more electrons, according to the theory of quantum consciousness. Meanwhile, science has made absolutely no progress in finding consciousness in the brain- there are just neurons firing, like the electricity coursing within a TV that receives signals from elsewhere. Thus, the brain does not host consciousness- it functions as a transceiver between the host of consciousness and life. The first dream could be taken to imply galaxies as the hosts of consciousness. The second dream would then concern the way consciousness is projected to brains. It might be accomplished through wormholes whose ends terminate in the central supermassive black holes of galaxies, and in the singularities of electrons that control tubulin conformation. .
Among other uncanny, synchronized phenomena, the sudden appearance of a white dove in 2010 that lingered on my balcony for 7 months impelled me to write a book. After completing a sentence about a possible motivation for "God" to construct our universe, a sudden gust of wind blew rain into my face- as if I got spit in the face! Then an ash-black crow-like bird alighted on my roofline eight feet away, followed immediately by a light gray dove. In conjunction with the quantum physics principle that tangible things emerge as opposite pairs, the eerie, uncanny, meticulously-timed confluence of phenomena led me to conclude that consciousness emerged as the opposite pair of love and evil. I developed the Consciousness-Centric Theory of Everything (CCTOE), which is intended to supplant all religions of fantasy. When taking the approach that the universe functions as a consciousness-mapping machine to project consciousness out of the sensory-deprived mode of existence in which it emerged, and into a sensory-rich mode of existence on our planet, the most intractable mysteries of astrophysics are resolved, and they fall readily into place as the components of the machine. Our planet- the true "heaven"- lies at the nexus of the machine. The heaven proposed by religions of fantasy is make-believe- the time between lifetimes on Earth is best slept through. The mysteries that can be resolved are:
1. Why do all evolved animals have two brains?
2. What caused the Big Bang?
3. How did the supermassive black holes at the centers of galaxies became so massive so quickly?
4. Why is there a consistent ratio of around 700 to 1 between galaxy bulge mass and supermassive black hole mass?
5. Why are the spin axes of supermassive black holes aligned with the large-scale structure of the universe?
6. What is Dark Energy and why did it cause the expansion of the universe to suddenly accelerate around five billion years ago?
7. Why has the universe remained “flat” for nearly 14 billion years- neither collapsing in on itself or entering runaway expansion?
8. Why are all the properties of the universe and of its quantum particles rigged with precise values that permit the emergence of life?
9. What is Dark Matter?
